 A: Muay Thai uses specific training gear tailored for the sport. 
We carry great quality training gear in stock available for purchase to get started.

Q: "How often should I train?"

A: The average student trains 2 to 3 days per week while balancing work, family, school and free time.

Some members train more, some members train less. 

A competitive student will train 4 to 6 days per week. 

Ultimately, listen to your body to allow good rest and recovery between sessions.

Q: "I'm new to Muay Thai and have never trained before, do I need experience?"

A: No experience needed to begin. 
Most of our members from both youth and adults join without having any experience at all. 
We look forward to building new students from their first day to a high level development.
